JennyMAX® Security Enhancement
Effective September 20, 2007, when you call the JennyMAX® telephone teller system, it will ask you to create a second 4-digit code before you are able to access your accounts. This code adds an extra layer of security to your accounts when accessing them through JennyMAX®. Both your primary and secondary codes must be entered correctly each time you call JennyMAX® to check your balance, transfer money, find out if a check has cleared, or to access your account for any other inquiry or transaction.
You may create your secondary code as early as September 7th. Simply call JennyMAX® as usual and the system prompts will help guide you through the code set-up. Please note that your secondary code must be different from your primary code.
As Easy as a Touch Tone Phone
Another way you can access your account at MAX is by simply using a touch tone phone. Just call JennyMAX®, our telephone banking system, 24 hours a day even on weekends and holidays! It's faster than a personal trip to MAX, and your money is just as secure. Plus, there's no service charge, so it won't cost you a thing. All you need to use JennyMAX® is a touch-tone phone and a personal identification number (PIN), which you select. Then, the next time you need to take care of business, just call JennyMAX®. And you'll find that when it comes to convenience, MAX has plenty in store for you. Make a withdrawal or make a car payment, or check your balance, or almost any other transaction at MAX. JennyMAX® is here to make your life a little easier. JennyMAX® gives you 24-hour access to your MAX Share, Club, Checking, Money Market and Loan accounts. To complete a transaction, just pick up your touch-tone phone and follow the menu or use the information below to use transaction codes.
